-added a rain maker object to editor so levels can have animated rain sections
-reduced second phase torchman's weakness (missed in 2.14, both his forms are now consistent in weakness)

-bitdash no longer persists through boss startup animations
-cut down time between wily capsule crashing and rush appearing for ending

-corrected explosion objects using legacy "sound is playing" check, no more explosion spam

-extended fort 7 and made it more "aggressive"
-made game less stingy about dropping 1ups

-fixed dome canon shot vanishing under waterfall
-graphical effect added to bitman's fight
-raised a piston in blademans alt route to be less of a tight escape from under it
-water effect playing when you enter low gravity zones in custom levels
-wall optimization in custom levels
-sounds leveled out, hopefully it should be more consistent in volume now
-reduced enemy hit sound considerably, it was as loud as music was intended to be
-arrowshot no longer triggers on screen edge
-resolidifying devil blocks now force the player out of them instead of killing the player
-yoku block audio avoids stacking repeatedly
-reduced volt buckler shot animation speed
-pipi eggs break on ladders
-increase shark boomerange ammo cost
-increase torch blast ammo cost

-devil room no longer produces oil igniter drops

-fixed music restarting on deaths when the escape menu is brought up
-fixed a crash when certain keys are binded, added a handler for unnamed keys (they will show up as K### with their keycode as the number, but will still function normally)

-extensive internal rework of gamepad controls. Converted all the original legacy code to the new gamepad functions
-multiple bug fixes to config menu
-configs will be reset as the old defaults are not the same as the new defaults
-1ups in endless now give hp like a large health capsule
-snow area with miniboss added to endless with a one time teleporter
-fixes several small tile issues in endless

-shifted the position of several frog enemies in shark and sonicman's stage
-expanded a ceiling above the first frog in sonicman's stage for easier dodging, and removed spikes and made a pit for the mini frogs to land in so they no longer stick on screen forever
-a different spike style has been put in sonicman's stage( just a graphical change)
-added a small powerup cache in sonicman's stage
-added a spike border to the bottom of the screen with the E letter plate, to assure players that going down is a death pit, and does not progress in the level.
-tiny frogs can now be easily hit when they are on the ground. While no longer like megaman 2's frogs, they are far less frustrating.

=2.11 cleanup, additions, and a fix for someone at the sprites-inc forum
-added "-old_render" as a launch option Allowing players on older computers to run the game easier, or for those having strange errors like the screen being pixelated blobs. Launch options are only compatable with the zipped version.
-reduced torchdoc's contact damage
-fixed sliding persisting through screen transitions and dropping the player off ledges
-added conveyor flipping to boss stratagies
-stop falling junk from going solid if megaman is right over where it will become solid
-add snow in level editor, you only need the lower tile, as it projects snow above it as well letting you have any background behind the snow then just the blue sky shown in the editor
-fixed torchman not causing a level end trigger in custom levels
-cleaned up background tiles at the end of the level editor tile sheet. Gave them a bit more room, and a less jumbled format for easier placement. Along with a few new tiles to compliment snow and mechanical levels.

=2.10 The "I keep missing stuff update!" 2.10 is my lucky number. I hope it shines through here!
