- Increase council power faction will never cause a revolt war. If you decline a major stacking opinion penalty is provided. Those members will leave the faction but can rejoin in 2 years.
- Overthrow Ruler faction will now increase council power.
- Overthrow Ruler faction if demands are accepted will not be set to elective succession unless the council already has some power.
- Fix so overthrow ruler faction now fires even when no supported claimant exists.
- Made people a little more likely to join claimaint wars
- Council power faction will now fire at vanilla strength levels because it will no longer cause a war.

- A content council will now only half the chance for dejure faction members to join independence instead of outright preventing it.
- Giving the council more power increases chance of independence faction forming in dejure lands.
- Did some number crunching and balancing for faction firing power.
