Major System Admin rework! No longer do they have an area of recapture. Instead they will walk next to what they're investigating and reboot them manually. They will also use consoles to gain additional targets to recapture. Don't worry if you prefer the classic System Admins, you can enable them in the generation options.
Further tweaks to Drone Engineer behaviour.
Reduced Omni Drone control timer from 2 to 1.
Fixed endless crashing when mod is disabled.

Five new guards.
Assaults and Killers are now restricted to one attack per turn.
Reduced range of Tsukumogami 2.0 Pulse Scanner.
Added a new tooltip for guards that for whatever reason have 360 degree vision.
Tooltips about LOS no longer show up on hacked drones.
Barriers now properly stack with armor buffs.
Fixed patrol changes only generating basic patrols.
Fixed infinite lookaround loops.
Fixed guard communications not working under certain circumstances.
Fixed issues related to greater than 360 degree vision.

Sort of rework for Drone Engineers. They no longer reboot drones in an area, but simply detect them, then they will go and reboot them from melee range.
Inspectors, Elite Inspectors, and Heavy Enforcers have been nerfed slightly.
Super Elite Enforcers and Enforcer Drone v3.0 have been buffed slightly.
Super Heavy Enforcers have been tweaked slightly.
The appearance of tier 3 enforcers has been delayed by one difficulty level.

Changed the voices of Thor Unit, Elite Thor, and Elite Ghost from the heavy voice to the normal voices.
Fixed Engineers spawning drones in places they shouldn't be.
Fixed animation issues with melee enemies.
Fixed guards trying to communicate with KOd guards.
Fixed guard vision not updating during guard communication.

Reduced the peripheral vision of alternative tier 1 guards slightly.
Reduced the amount of AP given by Silent Sprint Pads by 1.
Fixed the tooltip of Holographic Pinpointing so that all of it fits.

Fixed the On Guard trait sometimes being visible after the guard got alerted.
Patrol changes, scans and guard communication no longer raise suspiciousness.
Fixed crash in the case that there are no empty cells next to a guard that another guard is communicating with.
