Bugfixes
* Ankh of Reincarnation: Fixed hero not respawning when consuming all item charges
* Command Aura: Fixed Special Wave 3 creeps aura modifier being duplicated countless times (resulting in huge lag spikes after Muradin Event)
* Ring of Superiority: Fixed not being teleported back when picking the item for the first time
