Minor bugfix patch.

Bosmer
- Green Pact: When attribute bonuses would be negative (for whatever reason), they are 0 instead.

Imperial
- The Human Spirit: Disease resistance can no longer be lowered (to prevent vampires from becoming susceptible to Sanguinare Vampiris).

Update: Feb 27, 2017 @ 12:50pm

Misc
- Carried over the latest USLEEP changes.

Update: Jan 29, 2017 @ 1:13pm

As a Breton or Khajiit: use player.setrace to temporarily change to something else (preferably OrcRace so you don't trigger someone else's racial quest), then save, upgrade, reload, and change back to BretonRace or KhajiitRace. This is because this game can't handle updating active abilities.

Altmer
Gold and Glass is a hated ability, even if its actual impact on gameplay is minor. The loss of up to 100 armor equals up to 12% more damage taken (or less), but some people seem to think it makes the race completely useless. I tried it without the drawback and it just made the race utterly uninteresting to play against 90% of enemies, because even 12% more damage taken affects your gameplay in a way "no difference" does not.

- Flawless Perfection -> Elven Supremacy: improved readability of description.

Argonian
- Histborn: improved description.
- Marsh Dweller: reduced bonus movement speed while swimming from 150% (even though the description said 250%) -> 100%.

Breton
- Grail of Betony: reduced regeneration bonus from 75% -> 50% but no longer requires standing still.
- Spell Mantle: improved description.
- Stones of Galen: Apprentice Stone no longer erroneously responds to incoming spells, enchantments or explosions.

Imperial
I suspect that Imperials may be OP now that Colovian Star is useful, but it is hard to judge how effective Imperial Virtues actually is, so I'm not willing to pull the nerf trigger just yet.

- Updated Colovian Star: now fully restores Magicka/Stamina and fortifies them by the amount restored for 30 seconds.
- Discipline: increased armor bonus to allies from 125 -> 150; reduced attack damage bonus to allies from 20% -> 15%.

Khajiit
- Prowl: now disabled with weapons drawn to prevent unwanted power leaps.
- Reduced gold acquired target for racial quest from 75000 -> 50000. (Not retroactive.)

Orc
- Berserk: now also doubles critical strike damage. (Face never trade.)

Redguard
- Dust Storm: now also increases critical strike damage; fixed error in description.

Misc
- Updated the "quest trigger" ability script, which is used to advance the racial quest of some races.
- All "quest trigger" abilities now only trigger when moving. (Abilities that advance a quest based on conditions inherently come with an undesirable failure state: they wake up when their corresponding game stat exceeds the tracker value in the quest (indicating that the game stat just increased), then run a script to actually increment the tracker value in the quest to match the game stat. If the script fails due to heavy script load or a stack dump, the condition will remain met and the script will never run again. Adding a movement condition that fails when you are standing still provides a way to restart the script. This is an ugly hack, but has no bearing on performance or script load.)

NPC
- NPC power use logic is now shut off when chance is set to 0% in the MCM, slightly reducing script load.
- Adapted Colovian Star logic to new mechanics.
- Reduced likelihood that NPCs use Avatar by 20%.

MCM
- Updated several outdated option descriptions. You may see a broken MCM until SkyUI sorts it out.
- Added MCM toggle to block Harrier indoors.
- Added MCM toggle to disable Prowl power leaps.
- Added MCM toggle to enable Imperial Virtues shaders.

Update: Dec 26, 2016 @ 6:01am

Upgrading an existing save may be tricky for altmer and khajiit. Try changing your race to vampire and back (player.setrace XRaceVampire, player.setrace XRace) or to orc and back (player.setrace OrcRace, player.setrace XRace).

Altmer
- Gold and Glass: reduced maximum armor penalty from 200 -> 100 points; now correctly works on NPCs.

Khajiit:
- Reverted Alley Cat -> Prowl. (If you prefer Alley Cat, stick with the previous version)

Update: Dec 21, 2016 @ 6:40pm

Khajiit may want to setrace KhajiitRaceVampire and setrace KhajiitRace in the console (or vice versa for vampires) or their new racial ability won't work.

All races
- Quest detector now uses a Health>0 condition to force the conditions to recalculate every second (don't worry, condition load is minimal to nonexistent).

Argonian
- Histborn: improved script execution speed; now correctly halted at zero Magicka.

Bosmer
- Harrier: excluded dogs, the white stag, domesticated goats, huskies, death hounds, cart horses and all commanded actors from the list of targets.
- Beast Tongue: teleport only goes through if the target is a certain distance away.

Breton
- Shared Ancestry: duration is now correctly 5 minutes.

Imperial
- Imperial Virtues: removed annoying shader.

Khajiit
- Replaced Prowl -> Alley Cat.
- Feline Agility: sprint speed bonus increased from 35% -> 40%. (Not retroactive.)
