Quests
- Altmer: increased points from 2000 -> 2500.
- Imperial: increased points from 5 -> 6.
- Orc: increased points from 20 -> 25.

Altmer
- Bright Star: renamed to Star of Summerset and magic resistance penalty reduced from 50% -> 25%.

Dunmer
- Ashborn: no longer summons Ancestral Guardians, but grants a shield for 200 points of armor rating and 50% magic resistance until combat ends or for 120 seconds.

Redguard
- Dust Storm: corrected description.
- Snakebite: reduced threshold from 20% -> 10%, reduced stagger duration from 50% -> 15%.

Argonian
- Chameleon: now applied as a buff on the player instead of a debuff on the target, ensuring it will correctly revert even if the target is unloaded before it wears off.
