Hotfix

Optimize code, now load will be faster.

New game winner system:
Teamkills for victory = 50 + 25*player_count

Gold per sec have changes, now tick gold per sec depends on player count(more farm for god of farm!)


Bugfixes:
-If u respawn when duel are on, u will teleport to tribune, not to duel arena.
-Summons now can kill enemy on duel, and map will not crash with it.
-Cooldowns before duel saves after duel.
-Nobody cant run from tribune now. Nope :|
-Disconnected heroes cant be called for duel now (not sure its work, but i does what its need)
