For Pontoon Bridge users:

Whoward's Pontoon Bridge is very compatible now! Upon researching Railroads, all your roads on pontoon bridges become railroads and workers building a pontoon bridge will assign a railroad.

Pontoon Bridge no longer destroyed when pillaged(there's a pathfinding bug that isn't too major... but I'm hoping next CP version will fix)

Pontoon Bridges can no longer be adjacent to each other.

Pontoon Bridge now buildable by city-states.

Fixed the Policy Text in forever!
Parochial School Reworked:

  • Parochial School rename to Manor House
  • Manor House now provides +4 Faith and 20% of your Food, Production, and Gold when a new citizen is born in the city.
Memorial's Culture Bonus reduced from 5 to 2.
Memorial's Tourism Bonus increased from 2 to 4.
Botanical Garden's Poverty and Crime Reduction reduced from 15% to 10%.
Botanical Garden now provides a slot for the Engineer.

Gurdwara now boost their religion's pressure by 10%.
Jinja now provides +15 XP to Naval Units.
All religious buildings' conversion resistance reduced from 20% to 10%.

Aul's Faith Generation increased from 2 to 3.
Gurdwara no longer provides resistance to conversion nor increase pressure.
Gurdwara's Unhappiness Reduction reduced from 15% to 10%.
Xuemiao now provides +10 Science when a Great Person is expended scaling upon era.

Fixed some bugs with National Wonder..
Added MoreReligionBuilding addition where it adds religious buildings for Vox Populi.

Xuemiao (Confuc): Reduces illiteracy, +15% GPP, +2 Faith, +50 Food upon expending a great person. Great Work of Writing
Atash (Zoro): Reduces boredom +2 Culture, +2 Faith, 10% of faith is converted into science. +3 Tourism on Acoustics
Jinja (Shinto): Reduces crime, +2 Great Admiral Points, +2 Faith, +1 Faith from Water. Great Work of Art.
Aul (Tengrism): Reduces poverty, +2 Great General Points, +2 Faith, +1 Food from Pastures, Camps, and Plantations. +2 Tourism on Theology
Gurdwara (Sikhism): Reduces boredom, illiteracy, crime, and poverty, +3 Faith, 10 turns of WLTKD. Great Work of Music.

National War Academy no longer provides +20% Great General Production.
National War Academy's Great General Point on-kill bonus reduced from 10 to 5.
National Naval Academy no longer provides a free Great Admiral upon creation.

New Process Change:
Prayer moved tech requirement from Theology to Philosophy.

National Wonder Changes:
Air Academy now grants free evasion promotion to all eligible air units rather than being trained at.
Central Bank no longer generates "interests", but rather +10% Gold in all Cities. (AI was untrainable and was map-dependent since 2 civilizations could never receive the full benefit and the maximum could always be reached with 4 out of 22 civilizations willing to at least trade open borders)
Central Station no longer upgrades roads to railroads nor provide +10% Gold in their city, but rather +100% Gold from City Connections.
Electric Company now applies its bonuses throughout all cities, not just on its "continent".
War Academy now moved its trained free promotion to an overall free promotion.
Naval Academy's trained free promotion moved to an overall free promotion.
