monere patch
- BEGINNER/PRO bracket map separation
- movespeed fixed to static 500 (initially was 530 and 500 after kill for 6 seconds)
- minimaps fixed
- bot doesn't spam in chat all the time (now every 5 seconds)
- items drop logic fixed
- final scoreboard minor fixes
- Koren tournament winner refresher
