Major Update 3.0 Beta 0.3

- 2 new Commanders: Defensive Commander for both Brits and Americans.
- 1 new upgrade: Upgraded PIATs for British Tank Hunters
- Updated buildings to work with the Defensive Commander.
- Increased cooldown on air recon to 3 minutes for all armies.

Major Update 3.0 Beta 0.2

This is a beta version of the full update. Currently, only the East Germans and Soviet have their armies done. Other armies are still partially previous version.
This update includes Commanders, updated buildings and units, implementing many fixes. Reworked some units to better fit their roles.

- 10 new Commanders: Unlocks upgrades and abilities.
- Added air recon upgrades for all armies.
- 3 new upgrades
- 1 new ability

- 2 reworked units: Sturmgrenadiers (East German), Infiltration Squad (East German)
- Introduced camouflaged units: Currently there's 3 of them.
