I brought back the color preset menu. So now you can switch between fine-grained color options and the color presets (red/green, black/white, etc). Nearest Tile remains a separate color spinner, unaffected by the preset. Hide Placer also has its button back, although you can still hide it by setting the color to "hide" for blocked/unblocked placers.

Reworked color options to let you set each one independently. So now you can have different colors for open points, blocked points, open tiles, blocked tiles, placers when blocked or open, and the nearest tile indicator.
Removed several options that are covered by setting the new color options to "hidden" or some color.
Made black truly black (it was a rather dark gray before)

Fixed weird behavior when toggling "Show Grid" (it would leave the grid, then crash when you turned it back on)
Fixed issue where setting "Hide Cursor" to "All" wouldn't save properly
Fixed issue where nearest tile indicator wouldn't change with the color scheme

The turf grid now follows the configured colors (including outlined)
