  • 'Draco Tail' and 'Appetizer' now both tell X-Cost cards they play the correct amount of energy to play for, instead of playing for 0.
  • 'Single Out' now specifies that choosing cards to add replaces discarding in that scry action.

Squeezing this out before work! I'm not sure why, but Single Out's action breaks if it's not set to allow any number of cards chosen. Ah well.

  • 'Wicked Wiles' now applies 'Strength' and 'Shackled' in the same order as 'Dark Shackles'.

A small bit of new content! I wanted this in the last update, but I always want to put bugfixes out ASAP.


  • 'Chaser' (Potion) is now uncommon.
  • 'Liquid Bravery' (Rare Potion) has been added. It causes you to lose HP equal to your 'Ravenous,' then nullifies the next instance of 'Ravenous' damage.
  • 'No Witnesses' (Event) has been added.
  • 'Seed of Change' (Event Relic) has been added.
  • Removed an inadvertent line break in the description of 'Shot'.
  • 'Shot' now grants 1 protection from 'Ravenous' per 2 -> 1 cards, decreased from 1.

  • 'Wicked Wiles' now properly applies Weak, and now applies 1 -> 2 Weak, increased from 1.
  • 'Shot' now causes 'Ravenous' to display 0 HP loss for the turn.
  • 'Shot' now correctly states that it Exhausts on upgrade.
  • Added a missing period to the description of 'Shot'.
  • Fixed a Null Pointer crash in the 'Brazen' power.

Overhauling a handful of cards to give Ravenous builds more teeth, pun intended and cringed at. It's probably a little bit too aggressive, but we'll see how it pans out.


  • All non-permanent references to risk now use 'Gain' instead of 'Increase'.
  • 'Banquet' is now uncommon.
  • 'Cleave' is now common.
  • 'Shot' is now rare.
  • 'Consume' is now uncommon.
  • 'Lie in Wait' Block is now 10 -> 14, increased from 10 -> 12.
  • 'Brazen' is now free to play while you already have the 'Brazen' power.
  • The effect of 'Brazen' now hits ALL enemies.
  • 'Gnashing Fangs' now converts the first 5 -> 8 HP you'd lose each turn into 'Ravenous' instead.
  • 'Bone Broth' seconds count is now 1 -> 2, increased from 0 -> 1.
  • 'Bone Broth' now causes the drawn cards to become free to play while you're 'Ravenous'.
  • 'Shot' now prevents the next instance of damage from your 'Ravenous' instead of gaining Block.
  • 'Shot' now exhausts 1 -> 2 cards, decreased from 2 -> 3.
  • 'Shot' now exhausts on upgrade.
  • 'Risk Taker' now costs 0.
  • 'Risk Taker' now increases maximum risk by 3, increased from 1 -> 2.
  • 'Risk Taker' now also grants 3 Temporary Strength.
  • 'Risk Taker' now loses a locked 5 energy as part of its effect.
  • 'Risk Taker' now has Seconds 0 -> 1, decreased from 1.
  • 'Chit-Chat' now provides Temp. HP if you're 'Ravenous'.
  • 'Chit-Chat' seconds count is now 1 -> 2, decreased from 2 -> 3.
  • 'Savor It' has not received changes. Instead, a new card 'Hunger' has been added.
  • 'Hunger' is an uncommon attack that deals damage equal to half your missing HP, and applies Vulnerable when 'Devoured'.

More small tweaks to cards focusing on Ravenous synergies and a quick touch-up to make Recipe Card more reliable.


  • 'Impulse' Energy is now 9 -> 15, and Ravenous is now 5 -> 7, increased from both 5 -> 6.
  • 'Aftertaste' now HALVES current ravenous, increased from reducing 4.
  • 'Salivate' Temp. HP has been increased to 14 -> 20, increased from 13 -> 18.
  • 'Recipe Card' now creates the power in your hand.
  • 'Recipe Card' can no longer create 'Berserk', 'Mental Fortress,' 'Rushdown,' 'Accuracy,' or 'Recipe Card'.
  • 'Recipe Card' can now only create 'Capacitor,' 'Defragment,' 'Loop,' or 'Biased Cognition' while you have an orb.
  • 'Recipe Card' can now only create 'Evolve' or 'Fire Breathing' while there is an appropriate card in one of your piles.
  • 'Recipe Card' can now only create 'Like Water' while you're in 'Calm'.
  • Upgraded 'Recipe Card' now attaches an icon to affected cards, instead of text.
  • 'Cleave' now grants 2 -> 3 energy per kill, increased from 1 energy.
  • 'Hysteria' now deals 13 -> 17 damage, increased from 10 -> 14.
  • 'Shot,' 'Risk Taker,' 'Gnashing Fangs,' 'Chit-Chat,' 'Bone Broth,' 'Brazen,' and 'Savor It' are all on the board for adjustment leaning towards Ravenous synergies! If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them!

Beginning to slowly tweak some of the Ravenous cards to be more desireable as an all-in OTK-esque archetype!

  • 'Complex Flavor' no longer exhausts randomly.
  • 'Complex Flavor' now draws 3 -> 5 cards instead of 4 -> 5.
  • 'Planning' no longer Exhausts.
  • 'Planning' now Retains.
  • 'Planning' now transfers 2 -> 4 Risk, instead of 2 -> 3.
  • 'Cookies' is now Seconds 3 -> 6, instead of 2 -> 4.
  • 'Fleshy Wine' will now hit 3 times while 'Ravenous'.
  • 'Caffeine' now exhausts 3 -> 6 cards instead of 4 -> 6.
  • 'Hungering Strike' now deals 13 -> 18 damage and gains 7 -> 10 Ravenous instead of 8 -> 11 / 4 -> 6.
  • 'Bruteforce' now deals damage equal to 3 -> 4 times your Ravenous, instead of 2 -> 3 times.
  • 'Salivate' now grants 13 -> 18 Temp. HP, instead of 11 -> 15.
  • 'Gnashing Fangs' now provides 6 -> 10 Temp. HP and 3 -> 5 Ravenous, instead of 6 -> 8 / 3 -> 4.
  • 'Grazing' now hits a number of times equal to its remaining Seconds Count plus one.
  • 'Deep Breaths' now always has Seconds 2.
  • 'Deep Breaths' now grants Temp. HP equal to 2 -> 3 times the exhausted cards this turn.
  • 'Chaser' (Potion) now adds 5 cards instead of 4.

  • 'Dinner Menu' now notes that it 'randomizes' the type instead of 'changing' it - it can roll the same type twice in a row.
