Zombines are treated as slow zombies and sprint when far away, Adjusted deathray targeting, reduce emplacement spread, slightly flatten scattershot performance between engineer/normal variants, fixes.

Warning if some other addon removes your stunstick. Prevent hl2 jeeps from giving infinite ammo. Fix cooldowns visually resetting when a new player joins.
