Added multiple sandbox settings, made this mod more compatible, and immensely decreased the file size.

This should cover the basics for now and is currently a stable mod for B42.10 (well, as stable as B42 unstable gets).

Introduced random vehicle spawn direction to simulate chaos instead of orderly parking (ew), still all vanilla functions!
