-357 speedloaders have been disabled due to nonfunctionality
-357 ammunition stacksizes buffed from 12 -> 30
-Firesuit & fire helmet now provides 100% burn resist (please note this does not provide full immunity to burns more like a 99% resistance)
-Updated mercenary hardsuit recipe
-retired some tags

Major
-ALL weapons COL style reloads removed
-Marine battlerifle, and Laser rifle can be held in inventory
-MK 1 military hardsuits now require rebreather units + batteries in order to fabricate, Borrows hullbreathing from PUCS
-MK 2 military hardsuits now recharge oxygen while in oxygenated hull requires a Fulg fuel rod to fab + MK 1

Minor
-Tactical shotgun now has a 1x2 grid layout instead of a 3x3-2
-Marine smg + Ammo renabled
-Fixed Mercenary undershirt
-retagged some items to be more like their vanilla counterparts + expand mod compatability
