Actually fixed the French infantry GFX this time

-Fixed releasing Italy as Latin/Bonaparte France

-French Socialists now have access to the Third European War peacedeal
-Fixed and overhauled the Identitarian influence of Romania
-Fixed the issue of the UK not getting Scandinavia if they join the war against Germany on your side
-Ukraine and Belarus now should go to war once France wins the 3EW
-MAYBE fixed some Syrian bugs
