----[Odyssey] Grants the Call Mechanoids, Call Drop Pods, and Deactivate Mechanoid abilities
----[O] Technopathic control also works on (non-boss) drones 100% of the time, although since they’re psydeaf most single-target psycasts can’t target them in the first place. Drones die once technopathic control expires
-Trans Peregrine buff: stun chance 40%→85%
-Trans Ziz adjustment: Psychic Pulverization has a clamor radius of 40

-[R] Psychic Phoenix AI targeting no longer only goes for corpses who meet a minimum market value threshold, fixing a 1.6-specific targeting issue
-[R, B] Fixed an unused fallback value for the chance an apocriton’s death shockwave will transcend woke pawns it hits

-Assigned the correct hediffClass to blunt weapon arts, enabling its stun chance to work
-Melee Weapon Arts now performs its one-hander vs two-hander discrimination on VTR, so swapping directly from a one- to two-hander or vice versa will result in the appropriate stat change
-Tranquil’s workaround that replaces the non-nonviolent version with the real version of the trait now only works once the pawn is spawned

Passionate in shooting and melee. [Odyssey] +5 mood for wielding a unique weapon. Gains stat buffs based on the weapon classes of the currently wielded weapon:
--Melee: +3 melee hit chance; if can be held w/ shield, -15% melee cooldown, else +20% melee damage factor
--Ranged: +3 shooting accuracy, -8% ranged cooldown factor
--MeleePiercer: +10% melee armor pen
--MeleeBlunt: 5% chance to stun on melee hit
