The Skulker trait's Burglary mechanic (by which they could steal items from settlements they visited) has been moved to Hauts' Framework and improved on. As a result, some traits are receiving the associated stats - pilfering stealth (which enables Burglary and the new Pickpocketing mechanic, as well as determines outcome chances) and max pilfering value (which determines the max market value that can be stolen per attempt).
