* Add support for timer and programmable blocks. Progammable blocks are run with an argument, timer blocks are called based on a state set in the name tag.

* Add ability to use the public and private title of LCD panels to configure them with the FTL. Put the word upgrades in the title to use that LCD to display upgrade information. If there are NO LCD panels grouped with any FTL drives, you can also place FTL in the title for the FTL to use it.
* Fix bug with FTL inhibitor not being detected outside 2km.

* Fix error jumping a ship with rotors
* Added option to completely disable FTL, use [disabled] in the name. This stops most script processing for that block. Try it if there are performance issues.
