> standardized behavior with pre-plumbed combo washer dryer machines to also automatically trigger a dryer cycle after a wash cycle. Added a context menu option to start a dryer cycle to the combo washer dryer before water outage.

Refactored / restructured washing machine logic. There were lots of edge case issues, but this version should be a lot more stable with all versions of the washing machines.
> Added "Start Clothing Washer" and "Start Clothing Dryer" Context menu options instead of the modes to skip a step for the combination washer/dryer
> Turn On will always default to washer mode for the combo washer dryer, if you want to run a dryer load only, you'll have to start it by right click. I might try and make separate buttons eventually.
