the whole schedule is reworked to deliver more zombie outbreak experience

taking from vending machines in buildings should be recognized as buying not stealing
taking from trashcans in buildings should not be recognized as stealing nor buying
not spawning npc in basements (basements are technically separate buildings so game does not see it as part of player structure, but players do and get angry)
not initiating car alarms if the player is inside

taking from body in a shop is not recognized as buying
fixes in recogition of illegal actions
not spawning parties in player base home
inhabitants will leave player house
should they spawn or enter there somehow
barehands attack deals much less damage (update Bandits mod to make it work)
