Massive update!

Lightning and shock now have their own firing abilities that require 0 ammo. They apply a rupture (2 for lighting 1 for shock).

Battle Rifle has been completely reworked from the ground up. New triple shot ability (made from scratch). It should now properly show up in the armory UI. Does NOT have an aim penalty (might revisit for balance reasons).

New stats for all weapons. Removed the old passives from lightning / shock. They will no longer grant wild talent or electroshock circuits. Instead, they now apply rupture to targets struck (including if you are using abilities that use the weapon).

Seems infinite ammo wasn't working properly for lightning.. so I gave them 99 to compensate. IF YOU GO THROUGH 99 AMMO IN 1 MISSION WTF

Added support for rusty psionic to use battle rifle and lightning

Should now fix battle rifles being invisible and the UI picture issues.

Tentative update to the weapon skills functioning properly now.

Added the proper shaders. Lighting / Shock should now have proper anims for shooting.
