Added fog, wind, clouds, and precipitation
Improved multi-tier radial destruction
Fixed vehicle interaction with tornado
Made player safe when underground
Added knockback for player and zombies

Resolved edge cases with static tornadoes (still need to fix that one edge case if multiple tornadoes are spawned)
fixed siren sound not playing when tornado is activate via SIF mod
remove and or change some cleanup functions
added "chase" version where tornado tracks and follows player.

Added siren poles to schools, police stations, fire departments and or military buildings. The Siren Poles are a placeholder for now as items until I learn how to create 'furniture' or 'tiles'. Siren Pole locations are at the following coordinates:

Added Temperature and Humidity to Spawning Requirements:
Default values are now:
Temperature: 15°C
Humidity: 0.60
These conditions must be met for the tornado to spawn.

Expanded Sandbox Options:
New options added for greater customization:
Sound: Adjust tornado-related sound levels.
Spawn Range: Set the radius for potential tornado spawns.
Temperature: Specify the temperature threshold.
Humidity: Set the minimum required humidity.
Improved Tornado "Pull" Mechanics:

Reworked the tornado's pull effect:
Instead of a straight-line pull, the pull now follows a curved trajectory for a more natural feel.
