Patch 0.2.6
This patch requires an update to the class files.
  • Prepend Knox Event version to the game version in the bottom right corner. It will also inform you if you need to update.
  • Limit number of npcs in player group to 8.
  • Make the NPC Overview window slightly bigger, so it can contain all npcs.
  • Fix bug where npcs don't leave group after dying.
  • Make npcs close doors after themselves.
  • Fix PTBR translation encoding.
  • Fix some lua errors that can happen due to npc meta events.
  • Make loot category selection only show if any npcs are selected, both in the world map view and the npc overlay.
  • Make curfew enforcement default on in sandbox vars.
  • Fix the game hanging when loading into a save without the mod after playing another save with the mod enabled.
  • Fix performance issue where npcs where spawned in at a 1600 square distance instead of 50.
  • Turn player friendly fire protection on by default.
  • Rename security area to private area.

Patch 0.2.5
This patch requires an update to the class files.
  • Switch to using a modified version of the Sainte-Laguë method when assigning safehouses after procedural generation. This will make sure that all areas of the map is populated according to the zombie density, with an additional weight for the player spawn to make the world feel less empty.
  • Fix npc aiming direction when using melee weapons/bare hands.
  • Fix npcs' aiming delay calculation so they become more accurate.
  • Add sandbox vars for scaling damage to npcs, to make them easier to kill.
  • Fix the reticle appearing when npcs shoot and the player is aiming with a melee weapon.
  • Fix bug where the game would crash over and over again if the class files are installed, but the mod itself is disabled.
  • Automatically clear the Louisville checkpoint of zombies, so the soldiers don't become overwhelmed when they are loaded in (basic implementation, better solution will come later).
  • Make npcs melee when an enemy gets to close and the npc is using a gun.
  • (Hopefully) make store events not happen inside of claimed safehouses.
  • Fix NPC XP gains.
  • Disable NPC boredom and stress.
  • Fix NPC movement speed.
  • Fix getWeatherPenalty on invalid square.
  • Reduce sandbox var max number of npcs in the world to 5000.
  • Fix (some) moodles wiggling when npcs attack.
  • Make it possible to hide your character's name (use the option under "Multiplayer" in Options).
  • Add PTBR translation (credit to @RexTollBar)
  • Misc optimizations.

This patch requires an update to the class files.
  • Disable npc muscle strain to make combat more consistent (for now)
  • Fix bug in the survivor npc preset where 50% of npcs were given guns instead of 5%.
  • Disable hunger until scavenging is fixed
  • Buff npc climb over walls/fences success chance
  • Add new method to find npcs - Get a walkie talkie and right-click on it in your inventory, then select "Contact nearby surviviors". If any survivors are nearby, their safehouse will be marked on the map and they will answer with directions on 90MHz.

Patch 0.2.3
This patch requires an update to the class files.
  • Fix bug where meta events set to run every day didn't run at all.
  • Add extra check to avoid meta events running when there are no eligable groups.
  • Fix npcs unloading from the game when sleeping.
  • Fix npcs following you into a car once you enter it.
  • Fix npc stay command.
  • Temporarily disable scavenging since it's not working correctly.
  • Add compatibility with ATRO (hopefully fixed)
  • Add RU translation (credit to @xylewood)
