Version 3.1.2.0 Notes:

All servers need to be WIPED!
Also check updated list of game config recommends.

-The raid and health of structures has been completely reworked,
-Thermit/Breaching charge has been removed,
-The AP and Mine shell have been removed because they were only used for gunpowder. They also logically conflicted with the shells for Object-166 and XM-1.
-Reworked the mortar shell. It now appears even in normal PMC camps. It does almost no damage to structures, but has a large radius of hitting players.
-Cobalt Charge has been completely reworked. It is now called Composite Plastid Charge, is analogous to demolition charge, and has been placed in the air cargo at Fort Knell.
-The system of resource mining in the mine has been improved, as well as the system of obtaining Adamantium has been redesigned.
-Added Stacks for Steel Mesh, Ore Stacks for Sulfur, Coal, Iron and Adamantium.
-Improved raiding with burst ammo. It is now much more profitable to raid doors and other barricades than structures.
-All transportation has been completely updated! Now you can paint it with a can of paint!
(Also the IDs of vehicles have been completely changed, so if someone had a special plugin made that used transportation - check the updated ID sheet).
-Added store and exchange for paint cans for transports.
-The NPC near the helicopter has been moved near to player spawn.
-The stationary helicopter has been removed from the safezone, and now a purchased helicopter appears in its place.
-Other small balancing of NPS and quests.
-Added a new Volot Truck!
-The moves to the mine near the Safe zone have been changed.
-Reworked the system of causing damage to vehicles.
-Added description with characteristic and type of damage to all ammunition.Now armor-piercing tank shells when hitting a vehicle explode it instantly.
-Increased the chance of spawning FRAG magazines.
-Reworked the loot received in AG-19. Now Fort Knell has a greater value for research.
-Added new rooms in AG19.
-Exit from AG-19 to Safezone has been replaced with an exit to another location.
-Loot in the locked crate at Convoy and Far-Abad has been reworked and now has more valuable loot.
-MX-8 has been moved to regular air cargo and also comes with underbarrel grenades. The chance of spawn Fort Knell has been lowered significantly.
-Added the ability to install tactical dodgers on some pistols.
-Revolver spawn chance and magazine for it have been increased.
-Added a crate of Precision ammunition.
-FA-Leger has been moved to the police shooting range
-The Glock, TKB, and Razved have had their spare parts removed because no one collected these guns. Now they are spawned immediately repaired.
-Halved the price of crafting a biodefense suit.
-Added spare parts for Seninel, Trumper and K249.
-Vermin has been moved to barter at NPS.
-Black Nemesis has been moved to Fort Knell.
-Black Nemesis has been changed to Cheytac in the nps token exchange.
-The AR-16B, beige Cheytac and the handheld version of the BREN machine gun have been removed.
-Other minor fixes and changes.
