- Renamed ConVar glide_damage_multiplier_bullet to glide_bullet_damage_multiplier, default value is 1 now
- Renamed ConVar glide_damage_multiplier_blast to glide_blast_damage_multiplier, default value is 1 now
- Renamed ConVar glide_damage_multiplier_collision to glide_physics_damage_multiplier, default value is 1 now
- Tweaked default health and damage values to account for the new ConVar values
- Tweaked tank health and turret damage values to be a bit more competitive against Simfphys tanks
- Scale the threshold needed to start a engine fire depending the max. chassis health
- Scale how much damage the engine fire does depending on the max. chassis health
- Scale damage converted from the chassis to the engine depending on the max. chassis health
- Missiles deal more damage to tanks/Simfphys tanks
- Tweaked missile physics
- Tweaked countermeasure cooldown
- Only show countermeasure notification on aircraft

- Do parent lookup for prop_vehicle_prisoner_pod (fixes vehicles trying to lock own their own seats) (Thanks, Redox!)

- Tweaked default burnout force
- Tweaked surface grip multipliers
- Allow more foward slip to auto-switch gears
- Allow vehicle turrets to have explosive bullets
- Call InvalidateBoneCache after SetPoseParameter
- Make sure vehicle entity has the GetSeatBoneManipulations function before calling it
- Set Glide icon for sweps (Thanks, Redox!)
- Delete projectiles/missiles on skybox hit
