"Черногорск Update - A.02"

Happy new year! This update includes the following:

  • Added apocalypse designer journal entry on game-start, with:
    7 settings in the journal allow players to tweak when and where the infection starts, how long it runs for, and its severity. It also allows you to turn zombies off for your game (in case you forgot you had the mod active). Continuity protection - players in the middle of existing games can continue to play and experience the infection without first doing the apocalypse designer journal (though may not get the full experience).
  • Added a reconstruction journal entry, which increases colonisation and construction. This appears once the apocalypse ends. This is a work in progress;
  • Added ability for states to be kept by their owners, even if they’re depopulated;
  • Added ability for countries to be completely lost to the infection (toggleable)(won’t affect player);
  • Added 100-200 new dynamic country listings to account for above changes;
  • Added ability for subjects to declare independence if their master is incapacitated by the infection (toggleable);
  • Added an increase or decrease to the containment difficulty, depending on whether “classic” or “modern” zombies are selected in the apocalypse designer journal entry;
  • Added game-start event related to the infection response, and the chaos it causes;
  • Added events related to the infection response, and the chaos it causes;
  • Added a short, introductory “choose your own adventure”-style event tree, for when the player discovers the infection (optional/can be bypassed);
  • Added a “cancel the apocalypse” decision (which can be taken any time after the infection starts. Useful if the apocalypse is dragging on too long or if bugged);
  • Added a “Enforce a Quarantine in our Subjects” decision which closes subjects ports and helps protect them from the infection’s spread. This will increase their liberty desire slightly;
  • Added a “Lift our Subjects' Quarantines” decision, which undoes the above decision’s effects;
  • Added modifiers;
  • Fixed issue with “Lift the Quarantine” decision, in that it didn’t properly remove the national modifier;
  • Fixed issue with the port containment journal entry progress bar, where zombies would cross the land border during it (which didn’t align with the narrative content);
  • Fixed issue where new decentralised countries wouldn’t have the “survivors” in the name;
  • Misc fixes and balancing;
  • Removed herobrine.

'Балота' Minor Update:
- Added a new decision to enable the infection to start from 1836 (decision option will disappear after 1836);
- Increased chance of infection starting from game-start;
- Increased chance of infection starting from random event (from 1% per month to 5%);
- Reduced chance of infection spreading across a land border, when the other country has the closed border law active;
- Minor spelling fixes;
- Minor bug fixes;
- Misc balancing.
