Fixed not being able to convert to exosuit in singleplayer

Nerfed toxic stingers and toxic eggs
Reworked how the talents work to apply afflictions locally instead of for every limb
Fixed refeeding healing enemies instead of yourself

Added a 16 slot backpack to the Exosuit

Added translations for all supported languages

Fixed Barotrauma putting Chimera and Prowler in the wrong team when playing Campaign, this probably needs a revision and will most likely become a issue further down the line.
