-Added option to ConfigSettings.xml (<EnableGridRotationOnZoneTransition>) to enable/disable grid rotation when crossing between zone boundaries. When disabled, grids will not rotate when crossing in/out of planet surface zones. This will create a visual discontinuity for those transitions, but will also most likely fix any issues with subgrids exploding when transitioning between zones.

To anyone who is encountering persistent issues with subgrids exploding on transition, you may want to consider setting this to false.

-Velocity of grids will no longer be set to higher than the maximum global speed limit during a zone transition. Should severely reduce exploding subgrids when transitioning zones.
