Fixed UI issues caused by new update that prevented the mod from working

- Pudge's Rot will no longer crash the game when switching abilities.
- Pudge's Flesh Heap now properly works with fusion heroes.
- Ogre Magi's Unrefined Fireblast will be added to an empty ability slot when equipping Aghanim's Scepter.
- Divided We Stand has been nerfed on fusion heroes. It will only allow for 1 clone.
- Equipping Aghanim's Scepter with Divided We Stand will provide 1 clone instead of 2 (was bugged)
- fusion heroes will no longer recieve a clone when equpping Aghanim's Scepter without having chosen Meepo as a primary or fusion hero.
- Made an attemtpt to remove the stuttering that occured when switching abilities.

- Troll Warlord's Berserker Rage is now working properly for melee heroes.
