Finaly made the thumbnail work. Turns out Paint.net converted it from PNG to a PDN.

Removed generals and admirals from EU and North American leaders.
Fixed all portraits that I could, to make them work.

Change log:

Fix any portraits that do not work.

1. Tried to make division commanders use newly added portraits, thus fixing a bug with NSB where they would change portraits then promoted. Fixing it would be way 2 tedious.

2. Added more generic military leader portraits as Europes and North Americas generic country leader portraits.
