-Fixed Special research projects being able to be completed from day 1 (without tech or date barriers, as much as being able to research modern armor is cool in 1936 you can't use any of the modules you get).
-Added cold war tank for Germany which is the one that is gained by other fascist countries when they do the special projects (as long as Germany has researched it).
-Now able to research the Czech tanks if you control Czechs land
-General fixes for vanilla items.

Added new early Cold war aircraft and tanks for (1945 - 1952):

UK
USA
Soviet Union
France (Just aircraft)

In combination there are 4 special projects:

Air to air missiles
Air to Ground Guided Bombs
Anti-Ship guided missile
Main battle tank - This one unlocks either T-54, Centurion, M46 depending on your ideology and whether the specific nation has researched those tank techs.

in addition Amphibious drive can also be unlocked through special project.

To research the early cold war aircraft you require jet engines to be done through Special project and for the latest you will need axial jet engine special projects.

Furthermore new artillery, anti air, and anti tank techs have been added for 1945. (I might add more techs at a later date especially for infantry).
