*Prepared the route for scenario creation. Users can now create scenarios and post them on file sharing sites (i.e. Dropbox) for others to play! Since the route is not in a "Final" state, scenarios cannot be published on the Steam Workshop.

*Fixed numerous pathing issues. There are still a few that are not repairable and are due to massive flaws with the game itself.

*Removed westbound signal at CP 273 for Track 1. This signal will not work properly. Please use the signal for CP 274 to guide your approach into New Haven.
