Version 0.9.9:

Smaller balance tweaks again.

Balance:
+ Buff: Rollers -> Swing attacks up close deal bonus damage, vertical swings have more consistent accuracy. Rolling now also increases movement speed (it used to just increase acceleration). This is mainly noticable on Carbon/Carbon Deco.
+ Buff: Burst Bomb -> Deals bonus damage if the target has full HP (the bonus is 1.5x pre-HM, 2x post-HM, 10x against bosses)
+ Buff: Dread Wringer -- Damage: 48 -> 54
- Nerf: Splashdown -- Radius reduced slightly
- Nerf: Triple Splashdown -- Radius reduced slightly, special points cost: 100 -> 120

New:
! Added blaster prefix (Overheating): +60% attack speed, but +300% ink cost
! Added charger prefix (Bombastic): +30% damage, no piercing, but shots explode on hit

Version 0.9.8:

New:
- Added Splashdown and Triple Splashdown! These drop from King Slime and Queen Slime respectively (1/3 chance)
- Added Punching Glove accessory, which drops during Blood Moons. It powers up (Triple) Splashdown
- Added Emblem of the Starfish, which damages enemies around you while dodge rolling

New (settings):
- Added option to make the sub weapon hotkey prioritize the first sub weapon in your ammo slots

Balance:
- Nerf: Reduced Splat Bomb damage (80 -> 60)
- Nerf: Removed Chaotic prefix as potential prefix for Sloshers
- Buff: Emblem of the Urchin deals more damage depending on boss progression. Also adjusted enemy drop rates

- Adjusted crafting recipe for Cloak of the Inner Agent (see also: https://superachi.github.io/WoomyModPages/pages/items/AgentCloak)
- Adjusted crafting recipe for the Silver Sheldon License (now requiring 3 Souls of Light/Night, rather than 10)
- Adjusted Ink Thrifter Emblem recipe (see also https://superachi.github.io/WoomyModPages/pages/items/SuperSaverEmblem)

Bugs/anomalies:
- Fixed certain destructable enemy projectiles to no longer drop Licenses/Shell-Out Capsules

This is a smaller update, which isn't aimed at addressing some of the requested features. I want to work on those too, but life has been a bit busy.

Version 0.9.7:

New:
- Added Shell-Out Capsules! You can craft unused Sheldon Licenses into these for a chance to win a random prize. Prizes vary a lot, but you need to be lucky.
- Added some vanity items: Bamboo Hat, Enchanted Hat, Pearlescent Crown and Marinated Headphones

Progression/balance
- Pearl upgrade disc B now drops from Queen Slime (rather than Mechs), disc C drops from Plantera (I forgot to assign this, it seems?)
- Large mimics (hallowed, etc.) now drop the Last-Ditch Effort Emblem directly (1/5 chance), rather than from a loot bag.
--- Said loot bags now always drop a random hardmode ore weapon, but the bags themselves aren't guaranteed to drop from the mimic.

Version 0.9.6:

New:
- Added Sheldon, the Ammo Knights vendor as NPC! Sheldon can be talked to for hints on progression, and he sells various items depending on your progression.
- He is still a work in progress, as he misses an attack/sit animation and some dialogue.
- Also, his spawning condition is that you are holding any of the mod's weapons
- Added some accessibility settings (to disable flashes, screenshake)
- Added the Staff of Pearlescent Assistance as drop from the Eye of Cthulhu, allowing you to summon Pearl Drone earlier into the playthrough. You still want those Drone Color Chips to power her up though!

Balancing/progression:
- Slosher/Rapid Blaster are now available after killing Eye of Cthulhu, rather than being locked behind Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu
- Buffed Tri-Slosher damage (22 -> 26)
- Reduced Rapid Blaster damage (24 -> 22)
- Reduced Blaster damage (40 -> 36)
- Added Short-Fused modifier for Blasters (less range and AoE, but faster attacks + lower ink cost)
- Moved Order Emblem from Eye of Cthulhu to King Slime
- Moved Splat Brella to Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu
- Adjusted crafting recipes for some original (non-Splatoon) items. They can now be crafted with Drops of Black Ink...

Other:
- Moved Ink Tank and Drop of Black Ink from Merchant NPC to Sheldon

Accessory slots:
- Added dedicated accessory slots for the Ink Tank and Side Order Palette. No longer do they need to hog your wing and boot slots.

Ink Tank 'rework':
- Players now start with 0% ink capacity, but Ink Tanks now grant 100% or more ink capacity, essentially making them mandatory. Ink Tanks can no longer have reforge modifiers.
- Players now start with an Ink Tank (obtainable from the starting Order Bag). I'll push one more update after this to make them purchasable from the Merchant too, just in case.

Item pricing/rarities:
- Did a pass over all the items and tried to make their money value/rarity color consistent, based on where they drop/when they become obtainable.

Version 0.9.3
Subs/special QOL:
- Sub and special weapons can now be used via the hotbar with left-click.
- Using the sub weapon keybind (default: right-click) now uses the first sub weapon found in the entire inventory, rather than just the ammo slots. If you've selected a sub weapon in your hotbar, the keybind will use that instead.

Ink colors:
- Added new ink color system:
- When starting a new character, your starting ink color is randomized.
- You can customize your ink color by using new Ink Vial items.
- You can use a 'Custom Ink Vial' to use a custom ink color set in the in-game Woomy Mod configuration. This vial can be obtained via the Painter NPC, or via the starter Order Bag that a new character spawns with.
- Ice/Lava/Rainbow slime also drop a special type of Ink Vial.

Bug:
- Fixed (rather a bandaid fix) a major issue where each Eater of Worlds segment would drop all of its loot in non-Expert/non-Master worlds

Other:
- Removed random Color Chip and Palette from the starter Order Bag. These now instead drop from the Evil bosses (Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu).

- Disabled warning message when a WoomyMod weapon is used with a non-WoomyMod prefix. This does not yet fix the fact that WoomyMod weapons cannot roll proper prefixes when a mod like Calamity is used
