- this mod adds a bunch of new resources and crafting materials from all across the Star Wars universe: Kolto, Spice, Durasteel, Bronzium, Cortosis, Mandalorian Iron & Beskar, Rhydonium, Tibanna gas & plasma ammo, new "Ultra" Components, Stygium crystals, Armorweave, Credits, and Duracrete!

- PATCHED PLASTEEL (IMPORTANT READ THIS) - this mod patches the stats and availability of vanilla Plasteel to be closer to its portrayal in Star Wars lore. it is now cheaper, its ore is easier to find, and it is easier to use as a crafting material. however, it also has a smaller hit point modifier (which is still higher than vanilla Steel's).

- Tibanna gas and Rhydonium - the most complex resources this mod adds, these two types of fuel come with their own power generators and VEF pipe systems, complete with reinforced storage tanks to safely store these otherwise highly volatile materials!
- Tibanna gas is extracted from underground gas pockets using a vanilla Deep Drill, and can be used to power the large but inefficient Plasma Catalyst for a 10k kilowatt power output. it can also be packed into small Plasma Cartridges used in the creation of Blasters, personal Energy Shields, Jetpacks, and more!
- Rhydonium is a volatile powder mined from rock deposits that is then refined into a liquid fuel. while it currently has much less uses compared to Tibanna, it is planned to be used as a fuel for all our upcoming starfighters! it can also be used to power a small, compact Rhydonium reactor which has a power output of 2.5k!
- Spice - a powerful substance mined from rock deposits, spice is used in creating drugs, medicine, hyper-stimulants, and higher-level modular bionic implants. Spice can be snorted raw for an impressive, mind-awakening high, or used to make the infamous Deathsticks, a more casually-used drug that reduces pain and causes relaxation and joy at the same level as Smokeleaf. worth rethinking your life over!
- Kolto - another potent healing substance, Kolto regenerates wounds quickly and is used to create instant-use Medpacs. it can also be used in a Kolto Tank to halt all blood loss in critically wounded pawns submerged in the tank, saving them from impending death while slowly healing their wounds!
- New Metals - Durasteel is a tough alloy of 5x Steel and 2x Uranium and is used to build much of the industrial machinery in this mod. Bronzium is a steel-like metal with a beauty rating of 2, higher than most materials but less than Gold. Cortosis is a rare metal with weaker physical stats but has extremely high energy resistance, and is used to craft Vibroweapons and reactors. Beskar is a very powerful metal refined from the rare Mandalorian Iron in a secret process known only to Mandalorians.
- Stygium Crystals - a very rare and extremely valuable mineral, Stygium is used in the creation of personal and starship-scale (SoS2) cloaking devices. Stygium crystal formations can rarely be found on any vanilla "caves" tile, but are slightly more common in Biomes! Caverns "crystal caves" (requires KotOR Weapons & Armor)
- Armorweave & Duracrete - Armorweave is a hardy, durable textile evolved from primitive "flak" armors and is made by infusing Steel and an industrial Component with Synthread. similarly, Duracrete is a type of Steel-reinforced concrete made using any type of stone chunk!

- new Orbital Traders - this mod also adds a bunch of new orbital traders, some with *very* large lists of things to buy!
- Credits - Republic Credits are a new "pseudo-currency" added as an alternative to using cumbersome Silver. Credits are completely weightless and stack up to one million, but are only worth half as much as Silver (due to inflation of course). While I can't add traders that only accept Credits as currency yet (due to hardcoded complications), for the time being Credits are patched to be accepted by all vanilla orbital traders and are of course used by all orbital traders added by the KotOR project!
