Hotfix for a bug where D.A.V.E would kidnap survivors and not let them leave the arena

- Added the Drachen Rocket Triplane. (51034)
--- Firing Rocket Pods or Ares Rockets, this plane provides a powerful ground attack capability.

- Fixed the Midnight Program spawning multiple DAVE robots visually (hopefully). Entering the area should reset it if you enter normally, but TPA may cause issues.
- Fixed getting a Hunting Handbook from using a Police Handbook using the Noses-12 Handling Set.
- Fixed description of 12x Rocket Pods, and provided more information.
- Fixed bug with crafting Dual weapons with empty magazines.
- Fixed logging out at cutscene zones softlocking players.

- Adjusted Falker texture.
- Adjusted Buzzkill/Falker guns to have higher accuracy.
- Adjusted AH-64 Kings Hand HMG to have higher accuracy.
- Adjusted 20x and 75x Precision ammo textures.
- Adjusted Horde Beacons to drop Tandem Rockets, 12x Rocket Pods, and Explosive HMG boxes.
- Adjusted fishing mechanics.
--- Previously fishing accidently gave you multiple drops unintentionally, even if you didn't have the Double Hook or the Lucky Clover. But that was fun, so by default you will catch multiple, and those items will increase your drops correctly now. We'll see how well this fares - drops may be adjusted again in the future!
--- Average Fish Drops before (regardless of item buffs): 2.166
--- Average Fish Drops after (no accessories/with 1 buff item/2 buff items): 2/3/4

Midnight:



The Midnight Program created a robot, which survivors have dubbed D.A.V.E (Defensive Autonomous Vehicular Emplacement) is an experimental AI piloted tank, its AI went haywire and will attack any survivors or zombies that enter its line of sight, however when defeated it will drop plenty of good loot.
You can access this area with a Midnight Keycard, which are acquired from Artemis Platform zombies or Airdrop calls, you can then use this keycard inside the Locke Dynamics tunnel.

- Added repair recipes to everything.
--- While this should be redundant, there are some clothing/weapons that might have durability due to recent updates, so you can repair them now.

- Adjusted food and water to have quality values.
--- Purification tablets can be used to fix up all food items.
- Adjusted magazines and ammo to not always spawn at full.
- Adjusted purification tablets to drop more from medical sources.
- Adjusted Biohazard clothing to give Fire-proof effect.
--- This might be relevant later.
