1.0-Shelley-rev2:

- Fixed gene vault not connecting to the gene assembler.
- Fixed reported grammar issues and missing text for genes.
- Fixed tentacle and flesh whip genes applying them to both shoulders, instead of randomly. Its now a custom gene class.
- Slightly updated gene icons.
- Cleaned up xml patches.
- Added mod icon.
- Added new mod options to show dark archite genes in the xenotype editor.
