Fixed all the bugs with the new dlc and the german imperial puppets are now compatible with the DLC

Added the possibility to change the name and flag of communist china in base of what Path you choose (Social Democratic or Soviet)
For Now is a big part of Asia.

Second Big Update yay, alright celebration off, now what i add?, well, content for Communist South Africa and yes, a nation that almost no one plays, but i liked the concept of communes, so, going that way, i created a Communist SAF concept of liberation under "Communes".
