-Gave Germany military access to Sweden in the 1941 and 1942 scenarios

-Fixed the bug where starting a game with the Soviet Union in the 1945 scenarios causes a game crash (Fun Fact: I spent 1 hour trying to figure out what was causing this problem. I tried stuff like going on -crash_data_log multiple times and uninstalling the game but it did not work. I felt so stupid after realizing that the problem was the Soviet Union controlling Polish territory without being at war with Poland)

-Made Bornholm occupied by Germany in the VE Day scenario
-Completely ended event overcrowding (ex: the King Carol II abdicates, Indian National Congress, etc. events do not appear when you unpause a start date)

-Heavily reduced the amount of "x country joins as our enemy in the y war" pop-ups at the start of the game
-Removed a lot of events from appearing at the start some scenarios (ex: Fall of Warsaw, Fall of Hong Kong, King Carol II abdicates, Quit India Movement)
-Increased the autonomy level of the Slovak State, Arrow Cross Hungary, and the National Salvation government
