-Added missions and events for Romania and Bulgaria to switch sides in the 1944 scenario

-Made the military factory and infrastructure counts up to date for the US, UK, and Germany
-Added localisation for the "bookmark threat" world tension modifier
-Stopped the embargo events from appearing in the 1945 scenario

-Fixed the bug where the Operation Valkyrie mission will appear on the non-1944 scenarios

-Stopped Peru and Venezuela from joining the Axis
-Made Ecuador and Uruguay automatically join the Allies once the 1945 scenario is loaded
-Added decisions for South American nations to join the Allies (the AI will select those decisions on the historical dates)

-Fixed a bug caused by my previous update where German units in the Western Netherlands disappeared instantly (due to Germany not being at war with the Netherlands)

-Added the Atlantic Pockets in the 1945 scenario
-Made the Netherlands control Rotterdam (instead of the British) in the 1945 scenario
-Made the Germans control Stettin in the 1945 frontline starting screen

-Added an Operation Valkyrie event for the 1944 scenario

-Fixed a bug caused by the previous update where Japan's guarantee of Italy would lead to Germany and Japan going to war in the 1944 and 1945 scenarios

-Fixed the Western, Courland, and Croatian frontlines in the 1945 scenario
-Made the RSI at war with Italy in the start of the 1944 and 1945 scenarios
