**Hotfix:**
> 1. Fixed bug resulting in every country declaring war on China. I know, it is was a strange bug.

**Update:**
> 1. Readded Wargoals against Warlords. (PRC)
> 2. Fixed Deng Xiaoping Portrait to have the correct color uniform (I think, all pictures are black and white). (PRC)
> 3. Added the ability to peace out with allies after capturing Asia. (PRC)
> 4. The warlords are no longer puppets but have a NI called Chinese Unity. This unites China against outside invaders but not against eachother. This might need some further work so feedback is welcome. This NI does not work against Japan so the Second United Front is still useful.
