Update: Sep 12, 2024 @ 2:23pm

This update contains more than 20 hours of work but only a few things will be visible to you as I reworked several code to improve it and remove bugs.

Whats new?
- Pillaging: Now you can keep an army in a city and plunder it for 20 days as a unit ability. The army cannot move during that time and you will kill and maybe imprison some inhabitants. Two events added for this mechanic.
- New Province Pictures: Several hill and plains are new as Greek, Italian, Persian, and Indian areas have new images. Also, there is a unique image for Alba Fucens now for the lake Fucinus Lacus.
- Senators: In republics older non-employed chars are now shown as senators if they are part of the nobility or had a high rank job before. This is for immersion only but I will add a few events soon for them.

What happend under the hood? (This will be a bit technical)
- governor policies are now entirely calculated as svalues so I can see the numbers and adjust them better. They are shown for now only in the German language and as a debug feature only. Doing that I changed some calculations and streamlined them so governors should be even smarter now
- Some vanilla ingame situations do not trigger the on_action of_office_lost even if a character loses his old job by becoming the ruler in one go. This caused small bugs as their prior career wasn’t shown correctly. This is fixed now. So now if your high priest becomes Consul you can see his former high priest years listed in his career tooltip. Also I added a variable of origin so in case you imprison or get a former ruler from abroad into your country, he will still show where he was ruler not your country anymore.
- Fixed a strange bug that fathers of minor families did not pass their surname to the offspring, resulting nameless Roman girls and boys with just a first name which meant that if they became a major family later this family would not have a name. This was a bit complicated and done by some kind of a hack.
- Improved the naming scheme of Roman girls further and increase the possibility that they gain a real name based on this paper: “Roman Female Cognomina Studies in the Nomenclature of Roman Women” by Tuomo Nuorluoto.
- Fixed several small bugs
