o Added factors for GOA-Countries (though untested, as I don't own the DLC)
o Added factors for Special project Milestones and certain completion rewards
o HP for all Land Units reset to factor x1 (units were too tanky; now war causes a Lot more casualities)

Save Games should be backwards-compatible.

Changelog:

o Air Base Capacity increased 100 ---> 1000 per building level.
o Stability effect when at war deactivated, due to problems with calculations beyond 100% war support.
o Reset Naval mine Avoidance technology from -100% to -50%
o Warsaw Uprising Operation: Increased the number of spawned Units to an appropriate Level.
o Naval Commanders should gain more XP per battle to compensate for quicker battles.
