-Fixed issues with "redforest_arhyanomaly" model.
-Removed UFOs from map.
-Changed Lab X12 road from concrete tiles to mud road.

-Removed stairs to reactor roof, so player dont fall inside the building.

Corrected navmesh and other bug fixes

Fixed 1808 bad tiles in the surface mask.
Fixed map base classes to use correct classes for creating custom worlds - was previously copying chernarus world.
Fixed weather classes and base classes and added the new 1.23 sky code.
Fixed typo in class loc3 of cfgCharacterScenes.
Fixed Rocks blocking access to barracks @ X12.
Fixed building merged with another building @ CPP.
Fixed chz_umelyteren_beton and chz_umelyteren_trava - Now AI can walk on these fake terrain splines
Disabled initWorld as its not needed and iv never used it in any other map.
Disabled CfgWorldList as its not needed and iv never used it in any other map.
Cleaned up "Pripyat, Urban Area 5, Underground Complex Entrance" - AI should behave better here now.
Added new main menu scenes provided by community member ataribaby.

Moved cfgCharacterScenes to be defined before cfgWorlds class - No idea why but PBO project wanted me to do this in order to pack with his tools.
Removed old layers and usermap folders - they belong with the actual terrain pbo.
Removed broken limansk road barrier.
New NavMesh Generated.
