Naquadah can now only be assembled in Naquadah Production Facility

Fixed crash when other door mods are installed. Only one script can be used per block type, so the gate will not function if it's listed below other door mods, however it won't crash anymore. It will also display a notification message indicating the issue.

Fix orientation issues. Orientation relative to the entry gate is now preserved and will be reflected when exiting. eg. If you enter upside down, you will exit upside down. Position relative to gate is not preserved yet. Velocity is not affected yet.
Note, the rotation is applied to the grid, NOT the cockpit. This means if the grid isn't oriented the same way as the cockpit, the exit direction won't be correct. This can be an issue if the initial block placed (ie. landing gear) was not positioned in a traditional manner. This means when making a new ship, place the landing gear as if it were at the bottom (ventral) of the ship, with the 'foot' facing towards the front (fore/bow). The initial block can be removed later, if unwanted in final design.

Naquadah generator can now be connected to conveyor system

Fix several bugs preventing gates from deactivating correctly. Grinding a gate past functional state (or destroying it) will correctly break the connection.
Multiple pairs of gates can now be open at once.
Change player detection to use bounding box collision instead of raw distance. This means player gets closer to the event horizon before entering.
Don't fly through gate faster than about 60 m/s.
Until player orientation and rotation are preserved, be cautious of gate orientation when entering (ie. upside-down relative to gate).
