Eccentric Tech - Defense Grid v1.4.0

  • (Odyssey) Adjusted stats of M51 Charge Autocannon Turret to reflect its intended value as an incremental upgrade to the vanilla autocannon turret: armor penetration increased from 35% to 50%, stopping power increased from 0.5 to 1.0, plasteel cost reduced from 1 per shot to 0.5 per shot, burst count reduced from 6 to 4, ranged cooldown reduced from 3.5s to 2.5s.
  • (Odyssey) Added M64 Railgun Turret, an incremental upgrade to the vanilla uranium slug turret. It deals 60 damage with 100% armor penetration and 1.5 stopping power at 45.9 range, using 2 uranium per shot. Similar to the M51, it requires a manned Defense Grid Console in order to fire and has a built-in Autoloader if Spacer Furniture is enabled.

Eccentric Tech - Defense Grid v1.3.0

  • Updated for RimWorld v1.6.
  • (New) Added a 3x3 shield projector for centerline symmetry on Odyssey gravships.
  • (Odyssey) A colonist with at least 8 Construction skill can dismantle a Gravship Shield Generator for a High Energy Shield Core.
  • (Odyssey) Added Networked Turrets research project.
  • (Odyssey) Added the M51 charge autocannon, a powerful remote-controlled turret that can only be built on Gravship Substructure. It also has a built-in autoloader that can interface with Spacer Furniture's supply networks.
  • (Bug Fix) Reworked artillery designators to fix bugs related to saving and loading games while painting targets.
  • Optimized network code to better handle mass spawn and despawn events such as gravship launches.
