fixed ng+ damage amp instakilling
if a spawn on death elite mob dies (like golem and warlock boss) their spawns will be elites too

added elite mobs, these mobs are tankier and have special buffs to make them more dangerous; they are seen by a buff aura around them and their larger than normal size
elites spawning grant more gold for that round
elites have 5% chance to spawn per core mob (non-summoned bosses)
there are currently 19 unique kinds of elites

tripled boss BAT and gave them all +200 attack speed; doesn't change their base attack rate but will lessen effects of attack slows
fixed orchid amp scaling with lens and using pre-int scaling damage for the damage amp
fixed lens tooltips
nerfed lc moment of courage procs from 0.1s cooldown to 0.2s cooldown; rescaled it to decrease by 0.2s every level instead of 0.3s
added treant power scaling to venomancer wards
