Fixed map related bugs, flying units can no longer fly outside, all islands are properly inaccessible

Units now show in fog of war whenever they use an ability.

Fixed doom boss fire tornadoes instakilling when in river

Added some ward spots to hardcore map

Heroes now have 1500 nighttime range and 3000 daytime range, with some exceptions (slark and luna have 3000/3000, ns has 1500/3000 and some others)

Fixed pixels guard not having a cooldown

Shinigami's ability attacks can filter between proccing effects and not. Reversal and Flurry of Blows can proc any effect, her other ability attacks cannot.

NEW MAP:

Replaced Hard, Impossible, Challenger and Boss Master.

Boss Master will come back once I figure out a nice way to handle it.

Casual: Basically Hard mode, has no fog of war
Hardcore: Mix of challenger and impossible, map has fog of war, 3 lives, no tombstone

Ability based attacks can no longer crit or proc mjollnir unless they specifically are meant to be an attack like Shinigami's Flurry of Blows

Gladiatrix updated to work with ability selection, now has access to all 8 of her abilities.

updated stat tracking to include ability picks

Fix to ability menu disappearing when player DCs

Now will random a build once the game starts to prevent AFK players from not having abilities

removed bird phoenix for ceremonial reasons

Updated how EBF 2.0 heroes work; you can now select your 4 skills at the start of the game, no more weekly rotations because doing that was annoying me

Automatically gives you the appropriate talents as well.

fixed issue where shinigami reversal sometimes caused crashes
puppeteer's wall of flesh no longer fully blocks enemies, instead slows for 100%, allies can pass through freely

phantom lancer's illusion duration and amount doubles/halved respectively, damage also adjusted appropriately; gave pl his default E back
