Bugfixes:
• Added missing segregation effect to Wallace’s laws
• Negotiating support for Wallace’s bills fixed
• Added decision category for Angola that tracks Reichstaat’s control
Balance:
• Shortened Zentralafrika’s war tree
• OFN Angola’s focus tree now needs to entirely completed
• Buffed benefits of OFN Angola’s funding request
• Lowered the rate in which Haitian communists’ strength snowballs out of control
• Pushed back the Haitian Civil War by about three months
Story:
• Namibia can now form if OFN Angola sends Nujoma to a pro-ANC South Africa
• Pro-ANC South Africa will transfer territories if OFN East decolonizes successfully

Balance:
• Re-tweaked Hart’s URI buildings
• The URI mission now starts when “Hart and Soul” is completed, so you won’t be punished for cleaning up Wallace/Thurmond’s mess ASAP. Starting relations have been decreased to compensate.
• Shortened the time required to complete South Africa’s war tree
• South Africa’s war decisions under “Shatter the Schild” path now use Command Power instead of Political Power
• Added new decision under “Fund Everyone We Can” focus
• SOG decisions now use Command Power
• New generals will join South Africa if it cooperates with the ANC
• Huttig will complete his war tree sooner.
• Re-added the 6th Fleet blockade (which has been changed to debuff the Schild’s navy and industry) to the South African War.
• AI South Africa will not suffer monthly hit to referendum support, since it never uses the GUI decisions
• Scaled down OFN Angola’s insane stability deterioration from the UNITA-PLUAA rivalry to a more reasonable level (from 0.5% per 5 strength to 0.2% per 5 strength)
• OFN Mandate focuses (except the CAR) now take 30 days instead of 35
• Reworked Schenck’s Free Angola path and the Angolan Independence War

Flavor:
• Re-added a few cut events to South Africa
• Changed Cameroon’s copy-pasted starting laws to give it a more distinct identity
• Tweaked Sudwest, Zentral, and Ostafrika’s starting laws to be more in line with their masters
• Reichstaat’s focus tree will change laws to reflect it becoming even more oppressive
• Added cut Malcolm X event chain
• Added cut events for Sudwestafrika and Angola
• New flags for the Republic of Angola

Quality of Life:
• Added option to skip the (laggy) Haitian Civil War, at the cost of letting the communists run rampant in Haiti
• Degenericized decision icons for South Africa
• Rewrote the cluttered tooltips for South Africa’s war focuses and decisions
• Added new requirement tooltips for Hart’s focuses
• Rewrote Operation CUCKOO’s tooltip to clarify which resistance is getting support
