Changes:
  • Cut down Balanced Industry focuses for being "Too Flexible"

  • Added improved medium/large bombers but removed range module from the starting techs.
  • Nerfed the heavy tanks from Soviet left:
    -From -30% prod. for heavy's to -20%
  • -The 2 spawn-in heavy tanks where 40 width, now they are 30 width.

Changes:
  • Fixed the victory points for Liberation Map
  • Fixed "Invite Foreign Experts" decisions showing up before the decisions from the "Industry Specialisation".
  • Added a game rule to decide if to start the war after the default 476 days, or earlier after 360 days,the mod is not optimised for 360 days though because defines cannot be changed like variables for a dozen situations within the same mod.

Changes:
  • MIOs no longer start with 4 free traits.
  • Side MIO traits can be done only after 4 basic traits are completed.
  • Added bonuses for MIOs scattered across the Focus Tree.
  • Reduced the amount of spwan-ins by 5-10 divs. for even more maps.

  • Halved special forces size(back to vanilla).
  • Added extra traits for each MIO*
  • Nerfed MIO trait gain
  • Added admirals For France
  • Nerfed some production bonuses from focuses
  • Added Artillery and Mechanised Advisors
  • Removed 10 starting divisions for each nation with narrow fronts (Liberation,Ukraine,Mediterannean maps).
  • Added Engineer, Cavalry Recon and Support artillery for all starting divisions.

Removed gambling for attack points, it's haram.

Well, I only kept some gambling to keep defence/brekthrough relevant as a stat, I may revert gambling back to vanilla if the mod turns unplayable, I have not tested much.
Nerfed global factory output and growth speed to vanilla levels.
Global dockyard output was doubled (x4 from vanilla, x2 from Oficial Commanders).
